Appointments
We understand you may have busy schedules, so we have tried to arrange our appointments in an attempt to be fair to everyone. Please arrive for your appointment 5 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, because your scheduled appointment has been reserved specifically for you. Arriving on time allows us to serve each patient on time and allows reception room and parking space for everyone.
Some treatment is done at a particular time of day, depending upon the type of procedure. Most of our afternoons are scheduled well in advance. It is typically necessary to make up missed or changed appointments in the morning or early afternoon. This is also true for emergency appointments to repair broken appliances.
We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation. However, please note that repeatedly missed or change appointments will prolong treatment time which is not in the best interest of our patients.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service.
As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. Please note that you must complete your portion of the insurance form and sign it where indicated. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
